Key Construction Technology of Lianshui Extra-large Bridge Foundation

摘要 新建沪昆客专长昆湖南段涟水特大桥位于湖南省湘乡市毛田镇,大桥为双线,位于直线上,坡度为-3%.连续梁1~5号墩采用双线连续梁圆端形实体桥墩,其均位于涟水河河道中.为解决工程在施工中所面临的深水桩基作业、钢护筒漏浆、深水围堰设计施工以及大体积混凝土承台施工等难题,结合现场施工环境和工程经验对以上难点进行了针对性研究,并形成了一系列成果,为类似工程提供参考. One unit of Lianshui Extra-·large Bridge in Newly-·built Shanghai·-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line is located in Maotian town,Xiangxiang,Hunan province.This bridge is the double-line,located in the straight line,and the slope gradient is一3‰.The No.1 to No.5 piers of continuous beam adopt double-line continuous beam round—ended solid piers.both of them are located in the Lianshuihe fiver channel.In order to SOlVe the problems such as deep—water pite foundation operations,slurry leakage of steel protecting tube,design and construction of deep water cofferdam and large—volume concrete cap construction,this paper,combining with the site construction environment and engineering experience,carried out a research on the above difficulties.And a series of achievements were formed,which could provide a reference for similar projects.
