越南老街河内海防铁路建设方案研究

摘要 越南老街河内海防铁路位于越南北部,西北与我国昆玉河铁路相连,经首都河内东至港口城市海防港,是泛亚铁路东线方案的重要组成部分,是越南海防港货物集疏运的重要通道.滇越铁路越南段为通道内主要铁路,建设年代久远、线路等级低、设备陈旧、技术落后,严重影响了铁路运输能力,急需升级改造.本文通过对既有铁路设施细致的研究,从技术标准、工程条件、运营管理、枢纽引入、工程经济、标准兼容性等方面进行分析论证,结合越南国情、路情,提出了经济合理的建设方案,为国家“一带一路”战略关于交通互联互通提供技术支持,探索国外铁路建设的有效模式. Vietnam Old Street Hanoi Haiphong Railway is located in the north Vietnam,which is connected with China’S Kunyuhe Railway in Northwest.The capital is east to the port city of Hanoi—Haiphong port.It is an important part of the eastern route plan of trans-Asian railway,and also an important channel of collecting and distributing the goods at the port of Haiphong.The Vietnam section of Yunnan Vietnam Railway is the main part in the channel,which has a long construction period,low level of lines,outdated equipment and backward technology,leading to serious impact on the railway transport capacity,SO it is urgent to upgrade.Based on the detailed research of existing railway facilities,the paper analyzed some issues of technical standards,engineering conditions,operation management,engineering economy,transport hub and other aspect of standard compatibility,and put forward the economic and reasonable construction scheme for the country in light of the situation in Vietnam and its road conditions.‘‘The Belt and Road’’strategy would be provided with technical support on traffic interconnection,which would explore the effective mode of railway construction abroad.
