铁路线路建设标准与运营维护标准协同性研究

Research on Coordination Between Railway Line Construction Standards and Operation Maintenance Standards

铁路线路建设标准与运营维护标准是铁路线路建设与运营的重要依据及安全保障.首先对现行、有效的铁路线路的建设标准和运营维护标准进行了归纳与分类,在此基础上以《铁路线路设计规范》为例,对铁路线路建设标准与运营维护标准的主要技术指标进行标准对照,针对铁路线路建设标准及运营维护标准不一致的问题,主要从工程建设标准、工程投资、运营安全、养护维修难度等几个方面进行分析,提出建设标准与运营维护标准协同建议.

Abstract:The railway line construction standards and the operation maintenance standards are important evidences and guarantees for the railway construction and operation.In this paper,the construction,operation maintenance standards of existing railway line are primarily classified and defined.Based on the Co出for Dest伊of Railway Line,this paper attempts to make eontrastive analysis for the main technical indexes of railway line construction standards,operation maintenance standards,including generalized analysis of engineering construction standards,project investment,operation safety,maintenance difficulty and SO on,aiming at the inconformity problems of railway line construction standards and operation maintenance standards,finally,it puts forward the collaborative recommendations for the construction standards with operation maintenance standards.
