摘要 为深入认识干压陶瓷砖的质量控制问题,对吸水率、破坏强度、断裂模数、抗热震性和抗冻性5种常规检测参数进行讨论及分析,得出:吸水率检测除了选好试验方法(真空法和煮沸法),一定要用蒸馏水进行试验;破坏强度和断裂模数试验时,遇到尺寸不小于600 mm的陶瓷砖时,一块陶瓷砖可以制成2个试样;抗热震性试验重点是选对试验方法,对试验结果不进行评判;抗冻性试验只对吸水率不大于3%的陶瓷砖有技术要求,并且可以不进行初始吸水率和最终吸水率的测定. In order to understand the quality control of dry-pressed ceramic tiles,five kinds of conventional detemination parameters such as water absorption,breaking strength,modulus of rupture,thermal shock resistance and frost resistance were listed for discussion and analysis.Water absorption test In addition to the selection of test methods(vacuum method and boiling method),it must be tested with distilled water.In the test of failure strength and modulus of rupture,when a ceramic tile with a size of not less than 600 mm is encountered,one ceramic tile can be made into two samples.The key to the thermal shock resistance test is to select the test method and the test results are not judged.The freeze resistance test has technical requirements only for ceramic tiles having a water absorption of not more than 3%,and the initial water absorption rate and the final water absorption rate may not be measured.
