钢铁表面原位合成碳化钨涂层的耐磨性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用钨极氩弧堆焊设备,通过原料粉末之间的高温冶金反应,在堆焊过程中原位合成碳化钨金属陶瓷涂层.采用磨料磨损为主要实验方法,应用磨料磨损试验机等试验设备,对所制备的涂层试样的耐磨料磨损性能进行了研究.研究结果表明,在钨极氩弧为热源的条件下,能获得性能良好的高温涂层,为碳化钨复合涂层在工业中的应用提供了理论基础. The WC granule is in-situ synthesized during the reaction of the alloy powders employing the TIG powder surfacing.The thesis adopts abrasive wear test for main trial method,apply the hardness tester,abrasive wear tester and other test equipment,to the performance of the testing sample that make to have progress analysis test.The results of the thesis show that we can get good performance of high-temperature coating by heating with TIG,which provides a theoretical foundation for the industrial practical application of WC composite coating.
