摘要
1986年WHO提出了癌痛治疗的三级阶梯止痛原则,此后30余年,随着疼痛医学的进步,各学会不断对癌痛的管理提出了修改意见.本文从癌痛的管理目标、癌痛诊疗阶梯的变化、癌痛控制标准的变化和及早镇痛的必要性几个方面进行综述,阐述癌痛诊疗的新理念.
In 1986,WHO put forward the principle of three-step ladder analgesia for cancer pain treatment.During the following 30 years,various medical societies introduced continuously some new suggestions on the management of cancer pain with the progresses of pain medicine.In this paper,pain management goal,the change of clinical ladder,the change of pain control standards,and the necessity in several aspects of early analgesia were reviewed to elaborate the new ideas of cancer pain about its diagnosis and treatment.
