臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症对血压、心率的影响 被引量:1

Effects of nucleus pulposus ablation with ozone on blood pressure and heart rate during the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation

摘要 目的 观察臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症时对患者血压、心率、氧饱和度的影响.方法 收集2016年1月至2017年10月贵州省骨科医院腰椎间盘突出症患者54例,年龄37~60岁,在腰椎间盘内以1.0 ml/s的速率注射浓度为70 μg/ml的臭氧5 ml进行臭氧消融术治疗,观察并记录患者手术开始时、臭氧注射时及注射后1、5、10 min时的血压、心率、血氧饱和度.结果 与手术开始时比较,心率在臭氧注射后1 min时下降(P<0.05),在臭氧注射时及注射后5、10 min时的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血压和血氧饱和度在臭氧注射时及注射后1、5、10 min时的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症会引起心率暂时性下降,对血压、血氧饱和度无明显影响. Objective To observe the effects of ozone nucleus pulposus ablation on blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation in patients during the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Fifty-four patients with lumbar disc herniation in Guizhou Orthopedics Hospital from January 2016 to October 2017,aged 37-60 years old,were treated by injection ozone(70μg/ml)into intervertebral disc at the rate of 1ml/s for 5 ml.The blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation were observed and recorded at the beginning of treatment,injection of ozone and 1,5,10 min after the injected.Results Compared with the beginning of the treatment,the heart rate decreased significantly at 1 min after the injection of ozone(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate at the time of ozone injection,and 5,10 min after injection(P>0.05).No difference was found in blood pressure and oxygen saturation at the time of ozone injection and 1,5,10 minutes after the injection(P>0.05).Conclusion Nucleus pulposus ablation may cause temporary decline of heart rate during the injection of ozone into intervertebral disc in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,but no significant effect on blood pressure and oxygen saturation.
