Pain is the focus of attention now,and the effect of postoperative analgesia directly affects the patients'postoperative comfort and rehabilitation quality.Although patient-controlled analgesia(PCA)technique improves constantly, there are still 50%-70%patients existing insufficiency of postoperative analgesia. With the emergence of new analgesic drugs, development of IT technology, innovation of PCA technology, improvement of management mode, and the combination of internet with PCA,the quality of analgesia is strengthened and improved. In order to achieve intelligent and precise analgesic effects, and realize safety, painless and comfort to patients, medical staff should change their minds, actively participate in multiple disciplinary management team for pain, use wireless analgesic pump with intelligentized patient controlled analgesia system solutions(PCASS),and improve the core technology and good perioperative pain management of analgesia. The future of PCASS is to provide an efficient, safe, fast and standardized cloud data management for medical staff in China,so that the patients can receive special services of'high quality-safety-comfort'in postoperative analgesia. To optimize the patient-controlled analgesia in the direction of intellectualization and precision is very important in the near future.
