摘要
本文利用 CAE 分析,通过建立一种危化品运输车(下简称:液罐车)的实体简化模型,对其罐体的结构刚度进行分析计算,计算出罐体在垂直工况、转弯工况、制动工况等各种工况下的极限受力和力学应变情况,以此分析 304 不锈钢材质用来制作罐体的有效性和可行性.
In order to analyze the effectiveness and feasibility of 304 stainless steel that can be uesd to make the liquid tank of a dangerous chemical transport vehicle,the article uses CAE analysis,through the establishment of simplified model of tank truck entity,and analyses the theory of liquid tank truck tank structure stiffness.Finally calculated the ultimate stress and mechanical strain of the tank under various working conditions,such as vertical working condition,turning working condition and braking working condition.
