2018 年 6 月,国务院印发的《打赢蓝天保卫 3 年行动计划》要求 :2019 年 7 月 1日起,重点区域、珠三角地区、成渝地区提前实施国Ⅵ排放标准,以进一步改善大气环境 质量.2019 年 6月 28 日,北京市正式发布《关于北京市提前实施国Ⅵ机动车排放标准的通告》,规定自 2019 年 7月 1 日起,重型燃气车以及公交和环卫重型柴油车执行国Ⅵ b 排放标准;自 2020 年 1 月 1 日起,轻型汽油车和重型柴油车执行国Ⅵ b 排放标准.
