新疆托帕水库工程坝址及坝型方案比选分析

Analysis on Comparison and Selection of Dam Site and Dam Type Plan in Xinjiang Topa Reservoir

托帕水库位于新疆乌恰县境内,根据初步选定的上、下坝址,以同等库容为原则,通过对两个坝址的地形地质条件、工程布置及工程量、天然建筑材料、工程施工、淹没影响及工程投资、运行条件进行综合比较,选出上坝址为最优坝址.根据选定坝址结合当地材料,在枢纽布置条件、施工条件、工程存在风险、工程量及工程投资几个方面选出沥青混凝土心墙坝为最优坝型.比选结果可为新疆南疆地区水库工程坝址及坝型方案比选提供参考.

The Topa Reservoir is located in Wuqia County,Xinjiang.According to the preliminary selected upper and lower dam sites and basing on the principle of equivalent storage,the upper dam site is selected as the optimal dam site through comprehensive comparison of topographic and geological conditions,engineering layout and engineering quantity,natural building materials,engineering construction,flooding effects,engineering investment and operating conditions of the two dam sites.According to the selected dam site and combining with local materials,the asphalt concrete core wall dam is selected as the optimal dam type in terms of layout conditions,construction conditions,project risks,engineering quantities and engineering investment.The results provide reference for the comparison and selection of dam site and dam type scheme of reservoir project in southern Xinjiang.
