摘要
从水泥基渗透结晶防水材料的基本性能出发,通过数据分析提出该种材料在预防建筑物二次渗漏防水性能方面作用在逐步减小;从水泥颗粒28天水化深度结合激光粒径分析仪数据,推算出建筑物残余有效水泥含量已经非常低,水泥基渗透结晶防水材料活性物质水化反应原材料需求不足;根据规范提出的施工方法,推断出水泥基渗透结晶防水材料在建筑物二次渗漏防水时因可参与反应的原料过少其防水性能已经失效.
Starting from the basic properties of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material,it is pointed out through data analysis that the function of this material in preventing secondary leakage and waterproof performance of buildings decreases gradually.Based on 28 d hydration depth of cement particles and data of laser particle size analyzer,it is deduced that the residual effective cement content of buildings is very low,and the active material of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing material is hydrated.According to the construction method proposed in the code,it is inferred that the waterproof performance of cement-based infiltrating crystalline waterproof material has been invalidated due to the lack of reactable raw materials in the secondary leakage waterproof of buildings.
