摘要 本文研究橡胶尺寸对橡胶水泥基材料性能的影响,选择三组粒径为6~8 mm,3~5 mm和0~2 mm的橡胶代替骨料制备混凝土,研究制备混凝土材料的稠度和密度、孔径结构、机械强度和干燥收缩性能.结果 表明,混凝土材料的稠度和密度随橡胶粒径的增加而降低;对于孔径结构来说,孔体积随着橡胶颗粒粒径尺寸的减小而增加,其中橡胶颗粒粒径尺寸对中孔(<50 nm)体积的影响不如橡胶含量因素条件显著;混凝土材料的机械强度随着橡胶颗粒粒径的减小而降低;而混凝土材料干燥收缩率随着橡胶颗粒粒径的减小而增加. In this paper,the impact of rubber partielesite on the properties of rubber-cement based materials was studied.And Three groups of rubber with 6-8 mm,3~5 mm and 0~2 mm diameters were selected to prepare concrete instead of aggregate.The consistency and density,pore size structure,mechanical strength and drying shrinkage of the prepared concrete were studied.The results show that the consistency and density of concrete materials decrease with the increase of rubber particle size;for pore size structure,the pore volume increases with the decrease of rubber particle size,and the influence of rubber particle size on the volume of medium pore(<50 nm)is less significant than that of rubber content;the mechanical strength of concrete materials decreases with the decrease of rubber particle size.The drying shrinkage of concrete increases with the decrease of rubber particle size.
