南芬露天矿扩帮区域固定排岩系统的延长使用与通路优化

摘要 露天矿山的生产剥岩费用一直是影响矿山经营的主要指标;降低剥岩成本、提高矿山盈利水平也是提高露天矿山竞争力的主要措施;早期多数千万吨级矿山采用境界外设置固定排岩系统的方式实现经济排岩.但是,随着下一期开采的延续,固定排岩系统势必将划分至扩帮区域内.此时,如何最大程度保留排岩系统,实现经济排岩,降低剥岩成本,实现矿山平稳过渡成为矿山生产的重要问题.结合南芬露天矿现状,研究并实现了扩帮区域固定排岩系统的延长使用和运输通路优化,使矿山实现平稳过渡的同时,降低了矿山运营费用,提升了经济效益. The cost of rock-peeling in open pit mines has always been the main indicator affecting mine operation.Reducing the cost of rock-peeling and improving the profitability of mines are also the main measures to improve the competitiveness of open-pit mines.Most of the early 10 million-ton mines use fixed-barrels outside the boundary.The rock system approach achieves economical rock drainage.However,with the continuation of the next phase of mining,the fixed lithology system is bound to be divided into the expansion area.At this time,how to maximize the retention of the rockdischarging system,achieve economical rock drainage,reduce the cost of rock-peeling,and achieve a smooth transition of the mine has become an important issue in mine production.Taking Nanfen open-pit mine as an example,this paper studies and realizes the extension of the use of fixed-discharge system in the extended area and the optimization of transportation route,which makes the mine achieve a smooth transition,reduces mine operating expenses and improves economic benefits.
