摘要
为了更好的进行铜矿金属元素测定,引入能量色散型X射线荧光光谱仪进行矿石(Cu、Mo、Fe、S、Ag、Pb、Zn等)金属元素测定工作.文中对Cu元素测定过程中,X射线荧光光谱法测定以及碘量法测定予以对比分析,希望对矿山生产过程中检测方式选择提供有益参考.
In order to better determine the metal elements of copper ore,an energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was introduced to measure the metal elements of ore(Cu,Mo,Fe,S,Ag,Pb,Zn,etc.).In the process of determination of Cu element,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and iodometric determination were compared and analyzed,and it is hoped to provide a useful reference for the selection of detection methods in the production process of mines.
