摘要
如今大型矿山企业采用的故障检测系统检测速率和精度都比较低,且稳定性也比较差,为了及时检测出机电设备运行故障,提高故障检测的精度和速率,提出了大型矿山企业机电设备运行故障智能检测系统设计.依托传感器设计和系统电路设计,实现大型矿山企业机电设备运行故障智能检测系统硬件设计;根据计算机电设备运行故障检测频率和波形显示软件设计,实现系统的软件设计,完成本文的机电设备运行故障智能检测系统设计.
Nowadays,the detection rate and accuracy of fault detection system used in large mining enterprises are relatively low,and the stability is also relatively poor.In order to detect the operation fault of mechanical and electrical equipment in time and improve the accuracy and rate of fault detection,the design of intelligent fault detection system for mechanical and electrical equipment operation in large mining enterprises is put forward.Based on sensor design and system circuit design,the hardware design of intelligent fault detection system for electromechanical equipment operation in large mining enterprises is realized.According to the software design for calculating the frequency and waveform of electromechanical equipment operation fault detection,the software design of the system is realized,and the intelligent fault detection system design for electromechanical equipment operation in this paper is completed.
