摘要
弃渣含铜是铜冶炼厂一项重要技术经济指标,本文从渣型组成、Fe3O4控制、生产组织等方面分析探讨影响电炉渣含铜的因素,提出生产实践控制值、艾萨炉和电炉联动降低Fe3O4、操作管理等将电炉渣含铜降低到0.45%的控制措施.
Copper content in slag is an important technical and economic index of copper smelter.The factors influencing copper content in electric furnace slag are analyzed and discussed from the aspects of slag type composition,Fe3O4 control,production organization,etc.The control measures of reducing copper content in electric furnace slag to 0.45%,such as practical control value,Fe3O4 reduction by ISA furnace and electric furnace linkage,and operation management are put forward.
