Non-ferrous industrial furnaces occupy a key position in China's metal smelting.With the development of metal market,non-ferrous industrial furnace technology has been continuously innovated,and many achievements have been made together with some problems too.This paper gave a brief description of the current status of the non-ferrous industrial furnaces.Combine the national industry policies and environmental requirements,this paper also analyzed the future direction of development.The furnace industry is constantly moving towards intensification,scale and structured.The improvement of technology in terms of energy conservation and environmental protection requires continuous technological improvement and innovation,and continues to break through in the direction of high economic efficiency,low energy consumption and low environmental pollution.The future market competition is focused on low-cost.As the shortage of resources becomes increasingly obvious,it is more important to improve the efficiency of comprehensive energy utilization.The demand for renewable resources utilization devices,diversified recycling equipment for products and by-products is increasing.Highly intelligent and continuous direction of process control is an inevitable development trend.
