传统科技园向创新街区转型的空间规划策略研究——以紫竹国家级高新技术开发区为例

Spatial Planning Strategies for the Transition of Traditional Science and Technology Parks to Innovative District: A Case Study of Zizhu National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone

国外城市更新中盛行的“创新街区”建设,对上海建设具有全球影响力的科创中心、开展产业园区转型更新、实现城市高质量发展有着重要的参考借鉴意义.在“创新街区”概念引入和空间成因分析的基础上,总结出传统科技园都市化改造型创新街区建设的关键路径:一是提高空间密度、混合度和开放度,二是注入相关的公共设施和公共空间.进而通过紫竹国家级高新技术开发区的规划实践,针对传统科技园模式的不适应性,提出向创新街区转型的空间结构性调整和系统性优化的具体策略.

The construction of”innovative district”prevailing in urban renewal abroad has important reference significance for Shanghai to carry out the transformation and renewal of industrial parks in the background of building a science and technology innovation centel’with global influence.Based on the introduction of the concept of”innowitive district’’and the analysis of its spatial causes,this paper summarizes the key paths for the construction of urbanized innovative district from traditional science and technology parks.One is to improve the spatial density,mixing degree and openness,and the other is to inject relevant public facilities and public space.Then,according to the planning practice of Zizhu National High—tech Development Zone,this paper puts forward spatial strategies for the structural adjustment and systematic optimization of the transfm‘mation to innovative district.
