深层地下空间开发利用的功能与布局研究——以上海为例

Research on Function and Layout of the Deep Underground Space: A Case Study of Shanghai

对城市地下空间的开发和利用是提高城市可持续发展能力和城市空间质量的重要手段.虽然目前深层地下空间开发利用的理念和技术尚未达到应用阶段,但可以预见到深层地下空间的开发利用存在巨大潜力,并将成为特大城市中远期发展重要的空间承载.通过对地下空间发展趋势、开发理念等方面的梳理,结合地下设施的分类调研提出以广义物流和特种用途为主的深层地下空间开发功能,并基于物流功能探讨深层地下空间布局结构的基本形态,提出构建上海深层地下网络空间的布局设想,以提高城市中远期的运行效率和可持续发展能力,为合理规划深层地下空间提供一定参考.

The development and utilization of underground space is an important means to improve the urban land use efficiency and sustmnable development ability.At present,the concept and technology of deep underground space exploitation and utilization have not reached the application stage.It can be foreseen that deep underground space exploitation and utilization will have great potential and will become an important bearing space for long—term development of megacities.By summarizing the trend and concept of underground space utilization,we proposes general logistics and special function in deep underground space development based on the research of underground facilities classification and discusses the basic configuration of deep underground space layout.Then it puts forward the idea of constructing the deep underground logistics network space in Shanghai to improve the city’S ability of operating efficiently and sustainably in long term.It can serve as reference for the utilization of deep underground space.
