Advance on teatment of patella fractures

髌骨骨折是常见的下肢膝关节内骨折,其发生率随着交通事故和运动伤的增加而增加.髌骨作为膝关节重要的组成部分,对其治疗方法尤其是手术治疗方法的研究也越来越丰富.许多新的内固定物及固定方式被应用于临床,但各有其利弊,尚未有权威的治疗方法.本文就髌骨骨折的治疗方法进展作一综述,以期为治疗提供借鉴.

Patella fracture is common intra-articular fractures of the lower limbs,and their incidence also increases with traffic accident injuries and sports injuries.As an important part of the knee joint,the sacrum has become more and more abundant in the treatment of sacral fractures,especially surgical treatment.Many new internal fixations and fixation methods have been applied to clinics,but each has its own advantages and disadvantages.At present,there is no authoritative treatment.This article reviews the progress of the treatment of tibial fractures in order to provide references for treatment.
