锁定加压钢板治疗骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Locking Compression Plate in Treating Osteoporosis Patient with Distal Radial Fracture

目的:为了探究锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法:收集我院在骨科住院治疗的33例桡骨远端骨折患者接受过LCP手术治疗的临床资料,并进行回顾性分析.结果:对这33例患者进行随访调查近1年时间,发现这些患者腕关节的恢复良好,并未出现其他症状,平均在10个月之内全部骨头愈合.结论:LCP对桡骨远端骨折的固定以及骨折部位的愈合都具有很好的临床疗效,特别是对于老年骨质疏松性患者,其效果会更加明显.

Objective:To explore clinical effect of locking compression plate in treating osteoporosis patients with distal radial fracture.Methods:Analysis the clinical data of 32 osteoporosis patient with distal radial fracture in in treating with locking compression plate.Results:33 cases had good recovery of wrist joint function after surgery in one year and no other symptoms The fracture were healed within 10 months.on average Conclusion:Locking compression plate has good clinical curative effect on fixation of distal radius fracture and healing It is the recommendable method to treat the osteoporosis patients with distal radial fracture.
