优质护理对股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响

Effects of high quality nursing on function recovery and quality of life of femoral head necrosis total hip arthroplasty

目的:分析优质护理对股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响.方法:选择来我院就诊的120例病患为研究对象,依照就诊顺序,分成2组,每组60例.对照组开展常规性护理,观察组接受优质护理方案.分析2组效果.结果:与对照组相比,观察组病的各项指标均明显优于对照组,组间比较有显著性,具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:对于接受手术的患者,开展优质护理方案,能提升病患功能的恢复效果,改善生存质量,降低并发症发生率,值得进一步推广使用.

To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on the functional recovery and quality of life of femoral head necrosis total hip arthroplasty.Methods:120 patients who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of visits,they were divided into two groups:60 patients in each group.In the control group,routine nursing was carried out,and the observation group received the quality care plan.Analyze the effects of the two groups.Results:compared with the control group,the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the comparison between the groups was significant and statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:for patients with surgery,to carry out high quality nursing plan,could promote patients functional recovery effect,improve survival quality,reduce the incidence of complications,worthy of further.
