诃子色素染发研究

Study on hair dyeing with terminalia chebula pigment

为了将白发染黑,用硫酸亚铁作媒染剂,用诃子色素作染料,采用预处理→水洗→媒染处理→水洗→染色→水洗→自然晾干的工艺进行染色,研究了染色工艺条件对头发拉伸性能和染发效果的影响,测试了最佳染色工艺下头发的颜色特征值和色牢度.结果表明,最佳染色工艺为:诃子色素5%、膨化剂A 10%、硫酸钠4%、10%的羟乙基纤维原糊53%,染色温度45℃、pH=8、染色时间75 min;可获得比较乌黑的头发,且具有良好的染色牢度.

The pretreatment→washing→mordant treatment→washing→dyeing→washing→air dried process was used to dye the white hair to black,in which ferrous sulfate and terminalia chebula pigment were used as mordants and dyes,respectively.The effect of dyeing process on the hair tensile property and coloration was investigated.According to the optimum dyeing process,the color characteristic values and color fastness of dyed hair were tested.The results showed that the optimum process was as follows:dyeing at 45℃for 75 min,pH=8 with 5%terminalia chebula pigment,10%swelling agent A,4%sodium sulfate and 53%hydroxyethyl cellulose paste(10%).Under the optimum process,pitchblack hair with good color fastness could be obtained.
