国企高绩效人力资源实践与员工绩效的研究

摘要 本研究基于组织认同理论,对国有企业齐齐哈尔电业局的150名员工进行调查.结果表明:高绩效人力资源实践对员工的组织认同有正向影响;高绩效人力资源实践对员工绩效(任务绩效和周边绩效)有正向影响;组织认同在高绩效人力资源实践与员工绩效(任务绩效和周边绩效)关系中起中介作用.最后,讨论结果意涵、不足及展望.
