双柱串联气相色谱法测定汽油中苯含量探究

摘要 随着2019年成品油国VI标准的实施,国家对汽油中苯含量限量值要求降到不大于0.8%(体积分数),因此探究汽油中苯含量检测方法有着重要的意义.本文使用美国安捷伦公司7890B气相色谱仪为主要仪器,配备一个10%甲基硅酮固定相的填充柱和一个DB-FFAP型毛细管色谱柱,通过适宜程序升温程序得到分离度满意的色谱图.用该方法检测了五组已知苯浓度的样品,检测结果较满意,在此基础上对其中某一样品进行加标回收实验,计算得到回收率为100.5% With the implementation of 2019 refined oil country VI standard,the national requirements for the limit value of benzene in gasoline have dropped to no more than 0.8%(volume fraction).Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the detection method of benzene in gasoline.The Agilent 7890B gas chromatograph was used as the main instrument,equipped with a packed column of 10%methyl silicone stationary phase and a DB-FFAP capillary column.The chromatogram with satisfactory resolution is obtained by a suitable temperature program.Five samples of known benzene concentrations were detected by this method,and the test results were satisfactory.On this basis,one of the samples was spiked and recovered,and the recovery was calculated to be 100.5%.
