近几年,我国城市化建设进程不断加快,建筑、水利等领域的工程项目不断增多,工程项目招投标工作的制度及标准也越来越严格.在激烈的市场竞争环境下,施工企业为了获取更多的经济效益,必须改变传统的静态管理模式,采用动态管理的招投标工作方式,保障企业的全面发展.鉴于此,本文对基于清单计价模式下,招投标阶段的工作特点及控制要点等方面进行了分析.

In recent years,with the accelerating process of urbanization in our country,building,water conservancy and other fields of engineering projects,project bidding work system and standard is becoming more and more strict.Construction enterprises in the fierce market competition environment,in order to obtain more economic benefits,must change the traditional static management model,the dynamic management of bidding work,guarantee the comprehensive development of the enterprise.In view of this,this paper analyzes the working characteristics and control points of the bidding stage based on the list pricing model.
