如何提高知识型员工的忠诚度

摘要 对于企业而言,新进知识型员工能够为组织创新注入新活力,而其发挥重要作用的前提是对组织的信任与认同,发挥作用的途径则是知识共享,研究组织认同与知识共享绩效的关系,能够为企业有针对性提高新进知识型员工的组织认同以促进其知识共享绩效提高具有重要的意义.
