健康中国战略下'体医融合'发展的实然与应然

The Reality and Adaptation of the Development of 'integration of sports and medicine' under the Health China Strategy

'体医融合'助力健康中国建设.本文主要采用文献资料研究等方法,剖析了'体医融合'面临的实然困境,构建了'体医融合'的应然向度.研究表明:健康教育的缺失、健康服务链条的缺环和传统思想观念的束缚,导致了'体医融合'的现实困境.分析了共生理论是'体医融合'的理论基础后,论述了体育与医疗的共生关系.并认为当前应从四个方面促进'体医融合'的发展:树立运动'治未病'的理念,构建'体医融合'的互惠共生模式,优化'体医融合'共生环境和创建多元化的共生面.

"integration of sports and medicine"helps to build a healthy China.In this paper,we mainly use the methods of literature research and other methods to analyze the real predicament confronted with the integration of sports and medicine and establish the proper orientation of integration of sports and medicine.The research shows that the lack of health education,the lack of health service chain and the bondage of traditional ideas and concepts have led to the reality of"integration of sports and medicine".After analyzing the symbiosis theory is the theoretical basis of"integration of sports and medicine",it discusses the symbiotic relationship between sports and medicine.At the same time,we think that we should promote the development of"integration of sports and medicine"from four aspects at present:establishing the concept of"treating disease without disease",constructing the mutual symbiosis mode of"integration of sports and medicine",optimizing symbiotic environment of“integration of sports and medicine"and creating diversified Symbiosis interface。
