幼儿体育教师的专业化发展探讨 ——以遵义市为例

Discussion on The Professional Development of Preschool PE Teachers —— Taking Zunyi city as an example

主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对幼儿体育教师专业化发展进行探讨,以遵义市为例,旨在了解遵义市幼儿园对专业幼儿体育教师的需求情况,以及幼儿家长对专业幼儿体育教师的需求情况,并对现实中出现的矛盾进行分析,并就幼儿体育教师专业化发展提出建议.

This article mainly uses the literature material law,interview,logical analysis and other research methods to discus the professional development of child physical education teachers.Taking Zunyi City as an example to understand the kindergartens’demand to professional preschool PE teachers in Zunyi City,and the parents’demand of them.This paper analyzes the contradiction in reality,some suggestions are put forward for the professional development of kindergarten teachers.
