摘要
选取N市Y校四届社会工作专业学生为研究对象,运用问卷和访谈来考察其专业认同状况.通过对调查结果进行分析,发现Y校社工专业学生整体调剂比例高,专业认同感一般,职业认同度低,行为认同度高,专业情感认同度偏上.在影响因素分析中,学生的性格及性别因素与认同水平紧密相关,兴趣爱好和职业理想是影响职业认同的重要因素,社会工作者职业晋升渠道障碍、薪酬待遇低、Y校所处的区位劣势以及体制机制阻碍因素对社会工作专业发展的制约性较大.
Students majoring in social work in the fourth year of Y school in N city were selected as the research objects,and their professional identity was investigated through questionnaires and interviews.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that the overall adjustment proportion of social work major students in Y school is of general professional identity,low professional identity,high behavioral identity and high professional emotional identity.During the analysis on the influencing factors,the students'personality and gender factors closely related to identity level,interests and career ideal the important factors influencing the professional identification,obstacle of social worker career advancement channels,low salary,Y school of the locational disadvantage and institutional obstacles to the development of professional social work conditionality.
