Improving practical skills in the teaching reform ——Taking the major of Chinese language and literature in normal universities for example

作为准教师的在校师范生,其职业技能的培养极为重要.实践操作是职业技能的重要体现,当前一些师范生的实践技能不高,主要是平时练得太少.师范类汉语言文学专业的实践教学,要通过修订人才培养方案、实行开放性教学、加强见习实习和进行文学表演等措施,进一步深化专业教学改革,促进师范生实践技能的提升.

As future teachers,the college students in normal universities need to improve their vocational skills.Practical skills are an important example of students’vocational skills,while they lack such skills due to limited practices.The Chinese Literature majors in normal universities need to improve their practical skills through the following ways:revising curriculum and programs,incorporating open-ended teaching,enhancing internships,and practicing dramatizing literature.In these ways,the teaching reform can move a step beyond and benefit the practical skills of college students in normal universities.
