磁窑沟煤矿连续采煤机短壁式开采边角煤技术研究及应用

Research and Application of Short-wall Corner Coal Mining Technology with Continuous Coal Miner in Ciyaogou Coal Mine

针对磁窑沟煤矿10#煤层的两块边角煤无法布置长壁综采工作面的实际情况,借鉴了神东公司各煤矿采用连续采煤机短壁式开采边角煤的成熟技术,设计磁窑沟煤矿边角煤采用连续采煤机进行短壁式开采,并从回采巷道掘进工艺和短壁采面回采工艺两方面研究了连续采煤机短壁式采煤工艺.实践证明,磁窑沟煤矿于2018年成功应用连续采煤机短壁式开采边角煤技术,安全高效地开采了两个小块段,为矿井多采出煤炭30.6万t.

As longwall fully mechanized mining face can not be arranged for the two blocks of corner coal in No.10 coal seam of Ciyaogou Coal Mine,the short-wall corner coal mining with continuous coal miner is used,which is also used in Shendong Company,the short-wall corner coal mining scheme with continuous miner is designed,and studies the short-wall coal mining process from the mining roadway excavation technology and short-wall mining face mining technology.Practice proved that,in Ciyaogou Coal Mine the short-wall corner coal mining technology with continuous miner was successfully applied,and the two blocks of coal was mined successfully and efficiently,306,000 tons of coal was recovered for the mine.
