Analysis on Modern Coal Mine Safety Management and Countermeasures in the New Era

为了探讨新时期现代煤矿安全管理存在的问题与解决对策,对省内多家煤矿进行实地调研,总结现代煤矿安全管理特点以及存在的问题.调查显示,存在的突出问题包括安全意识淡薄、 煤矿从业者素质不高、 监管力度不够等.针对上述问题应加强对安全生产意识的培养,不断提高煤矿从业者的业务水平,建立健全监管机制,不断提高煤矿安全管理质量,以期进一步提高煤炭安全生产水平,促进我国煤炭行业健康持续发展.

In order to explore the problems and solutions of modern coal mine safety management in the new era,the author conducted on-the-spot investigations on many coal mines,summarized the characteristics of modern coal mine safety management and existing problems.The survey results show that the outstanding problems include weak security awareness,low quality of coal mine practitioners,and insufficient supervision.For the above problems,coal mines should strengthen the cultivation of safety production awareness,continuously improve the business level of coal mine practitioners,establish a sound supervision mechanism,and improve the quality of coal mine safety management,so as to further improve the safety production level of coal mine and promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's coal industry.
