煤矿安全生产管理体系优化探讨

Analysis on Optimization of Coal Mine Safety Production Management System

为了能够改善沙坪煤矿现有的安全生产管理体系,文章依托文献资料法、 案例分析法,回顾了煤矿安全生产管理的现状,并介绍了煤矿现有的安全生产管理体系,即:煤矿安全生产管理组织结构与隐患处理流程;经过深入的研究,对当前煤矿安全生产管理体系存在的问题进行了介绍,诸如:信息管理手段不够先进与完善、 煤矿安全生产管理监督检查体系不健全、 矿工安全行为不够规范等等,从而有针对性研究了改善煤矿安全生产管理体系的对策;从结果来看,能够弥补该煤矿当前安全生产管理体系的各种不足,从而全面提升煤矿安全生产管理的水平以及经济效益、社会效益.

In order to improve the existing safe production management system in Shaping Coal Mine,this paper reviews the current situation of safe production management in coal mine based on literature and case analysis,and introduces the existing safe production management system in coal mine,that is,the organizational structure of safety production management in coal mine and the process of dealing with hidden dangers.This paper studies the problems existing in the current safety production management system of Shaping Coal Mine,such as the lack of advanced and perfect means of information management,the imperfect supervision and inspection system of safety production management of coal mine,and the lack of standardization of safety behavior of miners,etc.,so as to study the countermeasures to improve the safety production management system of coal mine.The results show that,it can make up for the shortcomings of the current safety production management system in the coal mine,thus comprehensively improve the level of safe production management in the coal mine,as well as economic and social benefits.
