摘要
为了研究急倾斜煤层充填法开采时覆岩变化规律,通过理论分析和巷道变形实测分析等方法对木城涧煤矿-410水平七采区工作面充填开采进行了研究,探讨了目前急倾斜煤层充填法开采的优缺点,优化设计出新型的柔性掩护支架充填采煤法.并采用UDEC建立垮落法和充填法开采急倾斜煤层数值模型,从围岩变形、 围岩破坏和围岩应力三方面研究两者围岩变化规律,分析得出:随着工作面的开采进展,充填法工作面围岩相较于垮落法得到了有效控制,各围岩变形因素平缓发展.研究结果表明在急倾斜煤层中采用充填法开采,效果显著,具有巨大的社会经济效益.
In order to study the variation law of overburden during the mining of steeply inclined coal seam filling method,the theoretical analysis and roadway deformation measurement and other methods are used to study the filling mining of the working face of the-410 level No.7 mining area in Muchengjian Coal Mine,and the advantages and disadvantages of current steep coal seam filling mining method are discussed.An optimized design of a new flexible shield support filling mining method is proposed.UDEC is used to establish the numerical model of steep coal seam using the caving and filling method.The variation law of surrounding rock is studied from the views of surrounding rock deformation,surrounding rock failure and surrounding rock stress.The analysis shows that,with the mining face advancement,the working face surrounding rock of the filling method is effectively controlled compared with the caving method,and the deformation factors of each surrounding rock develop smoothly.The research results show that,the application of filling mining method in the steeply inclined coal seam achieves remarkable effect,offering great social and economic benefits.
