摘要
最近,中国文献、媒体译介日本地名常用汉字时,汉语注音问题被重视起来,已经开始做《日本地名常用国字读音规范》(假题)等标准化的工作.早在2009年10月,中国教育部国家语言文字工作委员会发布了第一份绿皮书(推荐性的语言文字规范):《日本汉字的汉语读音规范(草案)》.这个《草案》是在费锦昌、松冈荣志共同研究而撰写的一篇论文《日本“国字”的汉语读音》的基础上研发的.文章介绍新井白石《同文通考》的国字研究,对75个日本地名用国字的汉语读音提出拼音方案,谈谈需要进一步探讨的问题.
Recently,in Chinese documents and media,it is been attached great im—portance tO the topic of the translation Of Kokuji(the Japanese proper characters of nouns)in Chinese.In October 2009,the Chinese National Trial Standard Chinese Pi—nyin for Japanese Kokuj i(TS)was published.This was based on the research by Prof.Fei Jinchang and Prof.Matsuoka Eiji and developed to TS.This paper will intro—duce Doubun Tsukou(《同文通考》)as the origin research of Kokuj i,written by Arai Hakuseki,and contribute equivalent Pinyin for 75 frequently used Kokuji for the names of places,then talk about some ideographic variants problems.
