摘要
分析建立京津冀天然气储备体系的必要性,预测2020年县级以上政府及城镇燃气企业所承担的天然气储备规模。提出储备体系由LNG接收站、LNG储备中心及LNG储备站三级储备设施构成,分析储备体系的管理机制。
The necessity of establishing a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei natural gas reserve system is analyzed.The scale of natural gas reserves assumed by governments at or above the county level and town gas enterprises in 2020 is predicted.It is proposed that the reserve system consists of three-level reserve facilities including LNG receiving station,LNG reserve center and LNG reserve station.The management mechanism of the reserve system is analyzed.
