女性婴幼儿腹股沟疝注射治疗后发生嵌顿8例报道

Report of eight cases about female infantile incarcerated hernia after application of local sclerotherapy

目的:探讨女性婴幼儿腹股沟疝局部注射治疗后容易发生嵌顿的原因及治疗方法。方法回顾分析2010年1月至2014年6月,本院8例曾经接受硬化剂注射治疗的女性婴幼儿腹股沟疝病人发生疝嵌顿的临床表现及治疗情况。结果8例女性婴幼儿嵌顿疝均行急症手术;5例女性婴幼儿嵌顿疝内容物为卵巢、输卵管,1例为小肠,2例为大网膜,其中3例发生卵巢、输卵管坏死。全组均治愈,随访均无并发症。结论女性婴幼儿腹股沟嵌顿疝的疝内容物以卵巢、输卵管多见,容易发生坏死,应急诊手术;注射硬化剂治疗腹股沟疝,是一种错误的治疗方法,应当摒弃。

Objective To research the cause and therapy for female infantile incarcerated hernia after application of local sclerotherapy.Methods Retrospectively analysis the clinical manifestation and therapy about five cases of female infantile incarcerated hernia after application of local sclerotherapy from January 2010 to June 2014.Results All the patients have been in emergency operation.In 8 cases,The content of 5 cases was ovary and oviduct,1 case was intestinum tenue,2 case was epiploon;The ovary and oviduct of 3 cases have been necrotic.All the patients have recovered and have no complications.Conclusions The content of most of cases about female infantile incarcerated hernia was ovary and oviduct.It is easy to result to the ovary and oviduct necrosis and must be early emergency operation.It is incorrect that local sclerotherapy is used to cure inguinal hernia and should be forsaken.
