摘要
知识型员工具有较高的个人素质,需求具有多样性,他们往往更在意自身价值的实现,并强烈期望得到社会的认可,渴望展现自我价值.他们在精神上的需求一定程度上超过物质上的需求.基于双因素理论和知识型员工的特点,提出以下激励措施:推行扁平化管理,健全绩效分配机制;鼓励员工参与管理,打造学习型组织;弹性工作制等.
Knowledge s taff have high personal qualities a nd diverse needs.T hey tend to pay more a ttention to the realization of their own values,and strongly expect to be recognized by the society,eager to show their self-worth.Their spiritual needs are more than their material needs to a certain extent.Based on the dual-factor theory and the characteristics of knowledge staff,the following incentive measures are put forward:implementing f lat management,improving performance allocation mechanism,encouraging staff to participate in management,building learning organization,f lexible working system,etc.
