摘要
激光割孔技术是利用Vision视觉引导设备测量后的数据迭代使机器人实现激光割孔.本文介绍了在白车身生产线上利用激光割孔技术实现在线切割定位孔应用,对在线工艺,机器人可行性方面进行了归纳,总结了制造过程中对割孔质量主要影响因素,对这些影响因素进行了分析,并给出了控制措施.
The application of laser cut holes with Vision on BIW vehicles was introduced.At the same time,summarized the online production and robot feasibility analysis.Based on the results of the analysis and study on the quality of laser cut holes,some improved measurements were put forward accordingly.
