连云港市莒城湖应急饮用水水源地达标建设方案研究

Study on the standard construction plan for the emergency drinking water source of Jucheng Lake in Lianyungang City

为全面保障连云港市赣榆区饮用水安全,强化应急备用水源地建设,在对莒城湖应急水源地开展实地调查和工程试运行情况调研基础上,全面分析评价其存在的风险源防范、水源保护区划定、应急预案与管理保障体系等问题,有针对性的提出了达标建设工程和非工程措施.

On January 19,2008,the Standing Committee of the Tenth People’s Congress of Jiangsu Province passed the " Decision on strengthening the protection of drinking water sources",and the planning and implementation of drinking water source protection in the province was fully launched. In order to comprehensively safeguard the drinking water safety in Ganyu District,Lianyungang City and strengthen the construction of emergency standby water source,based on the field investigation and the investigation on the project trial operation of Jucheng Lake emergency water source area,and the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the existing problems such as risk source prevention,water source protection area delimitation,emergency plan and management guarantee system,targeted construction projects and non-engineering measures were proposed.
