The actual situation,key points and practical experience of management and protection of small-scale agricultural and water facilities in Jingang Town,Zhangjiagang City was introduced from three aspects:management fund,management mode and contract management.Through the collation and analysis of the data of management and maintenance projects in the three years from 2016 to 2018,the development process and significance of this work in Jingang Town were elaborated in detail.At the same time,some problems were put forward and the trend of future management and maintenance work was prospected,which was of practical guiding value to carry out the work of small rural water management and protection in grass-roots water conservancy units.
