In the process of establishing and guiding the operation of rural water cooperation organization in Gaoyou City,problems were found,the causes were analyzed,countermeasures were researched,and measures were adopted to improve the management level of rural water cooperation organization,and ensure normalization,institutionalization,and standardized operation,which promoted cooperative organizations to play a role in the construction of field water conservancy projects,maintenance of small facilities, irrigation and water saving management,and major project supervision.
