为提高汽车士官人才培养质量,运用习近平'以人民为中心'的思想方法,论述以学员为中心开展教学的哲学内涵,探讨以学员为中心在教学工作中的具体体现和实现以学员为中心的主要制度设计.结合军事地形学课程,从增加实战化教学内容、完善教学训练方式、重编练习册、严格考试、制作慕课等方面提出落实课程改革的具体措施.

To improve the training quality of NCO,by using Xi Jinping’s people-centered thought,the paper firstly discusses the philosophical connotation of student-centered teaching.Then,it expounds the concrete embodiment and the main system design of student-centered teaching.Finally,according to military topography course,it puts forward some specific measures to implement curriculum reform,such as increasing combat-oriented teaching content,completing teaching and training method,rewriting exercise books,testing strictly,and making MOOCs.
