Building High-quality Teaching Staff Relying on Construction of Experimental Teaching Center

为进一步提升院校教员的专业技能和实践教学实训能力,提出依托学院实验教学中心建设,打造高素质教员队伍,合理构建实验课程体系,以教促学、以学带教;提倡'创客教育',适度实施开放式实验教学,以创新促提高;坚持'研、训、教'一体化,构建院、系和教员'三位一体'的培训体系.

In order to further enhance the professional skills and practical teaching and training ability,the paper proposes that building a high-quality teaching staff relying on the construction of experimental teaching center.It also puts forward some suggestions to constructing high-quality teaching staff,such as constructing the experimental curriculum system reasonably to promote teaching and learning,advocating“creative education”and moderately implementing open experimental teaching to promote improvement;and integrating“research,training and teaching”to build a“three-in-one”training system for colleges,departments and teachers.
