摘要
'新工科'的概念是在科技革命、产业变革的大背景下提出来的,'新工科'建设对工程类和工程背景类军队院校建设具有重要借鉴意义,概述'新工科'建设的发展概况,分析'新工科'人才培养模式特点,结合军队院校改革转型实际,从进一步优化培养目标、课程体系、管理制度和教学手段等方面为学院人才培养模式提供借鉴.
The concept of“emerging engineering”is put forward in the context of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,and the construction of“emerging engineering”has important reference significance for the construction of military academies of engineering and engineering background.In this paper,it firstly introduces the development situation of“emerging engineering”construction.Then,it analyzes the characteristics of the talents training mode.Finally,combining with the reality of transformation in military academies,it provides some ideas for reference in the aspects of further optimizing the training objectives,curriculum system,management system and teaching methods.
