汽车分队运输勤务课程实战化教学改革应注重解决的“六个问题”

Six Problems to be Solved in Combat-oriented Teaching Reform of Transportation Service Course for Automobile Units

为促进汽车士官教育课程培训模式创新,实现汽车士官教育课程实战化教学质的突破,针对汽车分队运输勤务课程当前实际,以实战化教学改革需求为牵引,分析汽车分队运输勤务课程当前现状,提出汽车分队运输勤务课程应注重解决实战化教学认识不到位、教学内容不实、教学能力不强、教学方法手段滞后、教学环境不真、考风不严等6个方面的问题及对策.

In order to promote the innovation of the training mode of automobile NCO education course and realize the breakthrough of the practical teaching quality,this paper takes the demand of combat-oriented teaching reform as the traction.Firstly,it analyzes the current reality of the transport service course for automobile units.Then,it puts forward some suggestions on six problems that should be solved in transportation service course for automobile units,i.e.inadequate understanding of combat-oriented teaching,impractical teaching content,weak teaching ability,backward teaching methods,unreal teaching environment,and loose examination discipline.
