视觉测量在调距桨装配中的应用

摘要 桨毂体是调距桨产品的核心部件,在装配过程中,需要人工目视检查密封及锁紧是否安装到位,存在漏装、误装的风险,直接影响到产品的安全性能.利用视觉测量技术,在安装环节中通过工业相机获取装配位置图片,通过图像边缘定位算法自动判断密封器件是否安装到位并通过现场看板向操作者及时反馈.实验表明,该方法能够有效的判断密封及防松器件的安装情况,在装配过程中起到防呆、防错的作用,有效提高装配质量.
