为了帮助贫困大学生走出'物质贫困''心理贫困'的双重困境,高校资助工作必须遵循'奖助结合,育人为本;资助与励志并举,助学与育人并重'的原则,针对贫困大学生的实际情况,大力开展幸福教育,帮助他们树立正确的幸福观,培养他们认知幸福、体验幸福、追求和传递幸福的能力,最终促进贫困学生的快乐成长和幸福发展.

In order to help the poor college students get out of the dual dilemma of the material poverty and psychological poverty,the university funding work must follow the principles which combining with awards and grants and people-oriented education,support and encouragement work simultaneously as well as pay equal attention to student aid and education.The university can cultivate their ability of acknowledging happiness scientifically,experiencing happiness positively;pursuing happiness initiatively and passing happiness and so on by strengthening the happiness education for poor college students and helping students establish a scientific concept of happiness,so as to promote the joyful growth and happiness development for the poor students.
